The Mission of the Career Services Center is to support prospective, current, and alumni student success through holistic, face to face, and virtual career, personal, and professional development.

Vision - Through use of proven strategies and new technologies, the Mitchell Career Services Center will help build individuals confidence through transformational career exploration workshops, guidance in preparation of career toolkits, the promotion of soft skills refinement, as well as assist with student employer engagement creating valuable contributors to the economic development and well being of our ever changing community and global society.

Career Services Center is located in the Eason Student Services Center - ESSC 208 at the Statesville campus
Open Hours: Monday - Thursday from 10am-2pm

Mitchell Men of Color

Ambassadors - The Student Ambassador Program is a leadership opportunity for students who are dedicated to serving and representing Mitchell Community College. Student Ambassadors provide campus tours to a diverse group of new college students, middle/high school student visitors, alumni, and distinguished guests. Ambassadors will represent Mitchell at endowment and alumni events, and assist with campus events including graduation, open house, transfer fairs, etc. Through mentoring and training, Student Ambassadors will gain a variety of leadership skills to help prepare them for success at a university and in the world of work.
