Edible Landscapes
This class will show homeowners how to incorporate fruits into a garden for a pleasing appearance and readily available fresh produce.

Nutrition Notes
Improve your eating habits with good basic information on nutrition from a registered dietician. Learn more about food labels and wise restaurant choices.

Square Foot Gardening
Square foot gardening is a technique which utilizes raised beds, a grid system and special soil formulation to yield crops without digging or tilling, minimal weeding and watering less.

Water-Wise Landscaping
Students receive information about better plant choices and water consrevation for landscapes in the region.
Cost: $40
Wreath Making
Make a wreath using mesh ribbon that can be decorated for different holidays and seasons. Supply list available at registration.
