Curriculum transcripts may be requested by one of the methods below:
WebAdvisor: If you attended Mitchell Community College within the last two years, you may log into your WebAdvisor account. On the Students menu, choose Transcript Request.
Email: You may send an email from your Mitchell Community College student email account to email@example.com. Please include the mailing address of where you would like your transcript sent. No other email accounts will be accepted.
NOTE: At this time, we do not email transcripts. Your transcript will be sent via USPS Mail.
In-person or mail: You may submit a Student Information Request Form in Student Services on either the Statesville or the Mooresville campus. Our mailing address is:

PLEASE NOTE: Transcript requests will be processed within 2 business days and will no longer be processed on demand. Transcript requests will be processed within 7 to 10 business days at the end of a term.
A valid photo ID must accompany a request if the transcript is going to be picked up or mailed directly to the student.
