Mitchell Community College will host When in Our Music–a tribute concert for Rev. James Daniel (Dan) Pardue on Sat. Mar. 24, 2018 at 7 p.m. in Shearer Hall on the Statesville Campus. The event will feature performances by Mitchell students, alumni, faculty/staff and community members honoring the legacy of Dan Pardue.
Mitchell Community College president Dr. Tim Brewer has announced the creation of an endowed scholarship fund to be named in memory of former college president Dr. Doug Eason. Eason, who passed away in July, was president of Mitchell for two decades.
